At Velmora World Journeys, we strive to provide exceptional travel services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, supplier policies (airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agencies), and the timing of cancellation.

2. Tour Package Cancellations

If a customer cancels a confirmed tour package, the following cancellation charges may apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
• 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Any non-refundable bookings made with third-party suppliers will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Flight Bookings

Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the airline’s cancellation and refund policies. Airline cancellation fees, service charges, and other applicable deductions may apply.

4. Hotel Bookings

Hotel booking refunds depend on the cancellation terms of the respective hotel. Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

5. Visa Services

Visa processing fees, embassy fees, consultation fees, and related service charges are generally non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on banks, payment gateways, and service providers.
• Velmora World Journeys is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or third-party suppliers.

7. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.

8. Force Majeure

Refunds may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, political unrest, airline disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Refunds in such cases will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

9. Modification of Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges depending on availability and supplier policies.
